In order to further strengthen the spirit of teamwork and enhance Su Xun's sense of responsibility, communication, execution and teamwork. On October 27, 2019, the company organized all staff to carry out team development training in Liyang Mountain Outward Mountain Development Training Base. General Manager Xu Yunfeng and Executive Vice General Manager Zhang Tongjing participated in this activity. This activity aims to improve the comprehensive quality of Su Xun's people through quality development, and also provides an opportunity for all personnel to communicate and learn from each other.
First of all, all participants were divided into four teams - "Elite Team", "Surpass Team", "Champion Team" and "Sword Team". The four teams showed their carefully designed team training and team logo, demonstrating the team's good spirit and organizational ability. Then the coach arranged training programs such as holding the bar in the air, uniting as one, fighting against the world and CS. The team members participated in the exciting training project of "Broken Bridge at High Altitude". The team members need to climb to a height of 10 meters alone and cross the broken bridge in the sky. In this project, they experienced a profound experience of transcending themselves and breaking through their psychological bottom line, and the quality development training reached a climax; The great role of mutual trust, solidarity and cooperation between the team members and the support from the team members in building confidence has been vividly reflected in the "Uniting as One" and "Live Laser cs" projects.
In this outward bound activity, the training content was rich and vivid, with profound implications. The team members challenged themselves and overcame one difficulty after another. The team members of this outward bound training all said that, in the face of difficulties and challenges, everyone worked together to fully reflect the team spirit. The team members expressed that they would apply their insights in expansion to work and life to make work happier and life better!

Hearing these team names, we knew that the partners were high spirited to grab the pole in the air and tested everyone's courage.
